The Walter and Eleanor Gillen Story is a true story about a couple with nine children born from 1947 to 1957. The story is a biographical and autobiographical memoir written by two of the couple’s children, together with their siblings, and takes the reader through four generations. The reader can relate to a lot of the book – the war, parents and siblings, grandparents, family reunions, and visits.
